Duration: Around 5 hours in total; around 3 hours on the water

For more experienced paddlers, Montenegro+ offers a guided tour from Jaz towards Sveti Nikola Island and Budva. The organiser states around 10 km and approximately five hours in total, including around three on the water. This is not independent rental for beginners.

Who it is suitable for

Previous SUP or kayaking experience and an appropriate level of fitness are required. The organiser specifies a minimum age of 12; children must be strong swimmers and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Jaz Beach

Jaz is a cove west of Budva with two sections of waterfront. The surface combines pebbles on the beach and sand in the water, but the entry to the sea is not the same along the entire coast. Before choosing your spot for the day, look at access, the waves and where you can take a break from the sun.

Getting to Jaz and transport to Budva

You can reach Jaz by car, taxi or the bus route listed by the Tourist Organisation on the Budva–Jaz–Trsteno–Ploče line. For a car-free trip, first arrange your return, then plan how long to stay at the beach.

Water bike at Jaz — Aquaride

Aquaride at Gioia Beach offers a ride on a pedal-powered water bike. It is a shorter activity to complement a beach day, with instruction before departure and a life jacket provided by the organiser. The starting point is at Jaz, not Budva Town Harbour.
