Camping at Jaz: what to check

The Budva Tourist Organisation lists a campsite behind Jaz Beach. As the current reception contact, season and admission conditions have not been confirmed in the reviewed sources, plan camping only after checking directly on site or with a reliable current operator.

Do not arrive without confirmation

Before travelling, check whether the campsite welcomes guests on your chosen dates, whether a reservation is needed and where the entrance or reception is located. Mentioning a campsite in a general beach description does not confirm that all pitches and services are currently available.

Questions for the operator

Check whether campervans, tents and pets are accepted, as well as electricity and water connections, sanitary facilities, shade, vehicle access rules and payment arrangements. None of these amenities is guaranteed by this guide.

The beach, shopping and transport

Clarify the walking route to the beach and nearest shop, as well as vehicle access out of the campsite area. For a trip to Budva, check current bus departures or arrange other transport.

Jaz Beach

Jaz is a cove west of Budva with two sections of waterfront. The surface combines pebbles on the beach and sand in the water, but the entry to the sea is not the same along the entire coast. Before choosing your spot for the day, look at access, the waves and where you can take a break from the sun.

Getting to Jaz and transport to Budva

You can reach Jaz by car, taxi or the bus route listed by the Tourist Organisation on the Budva–Jaz–Trsteno–Ploče line. For a car-free trip, first arrange your return, then plan how long to stay at the beach.

Parking at Jaz: what to check before arriving

Before travelling, distinguish accommodation parking from parking beside a beach or restaurant. A space you use as a guest of one establishment is not automatically available for whole-day parking while visiting.

Mega Hipermarket 7 Jaz

Mega Hipermarket 7 is a larger shop in the Jaz industrial zone, beside the main road near Prijevor. It is useful for a bigger shopping trip on arrival, but it is not a shop right on the beach and you should not automatically plan to walk there.
