Petrovac Beach

Town waterfront, Petrovac

Beach surface
Reddish sand according to TO Budva
Petrovac Beach runs along the main town waterfront and promenade. TO Budva describes reddish sand and a length of about 600 metres. Its central location lets you combine swimming with a walk to Kastio, a meal and a view of the islets of Katič and Sveta Neđelja.

How to choose your part of the beach

First look at the distance from your accommodation and the nearest access point, then at the surface where you enter the water and the facilities in that particular section. Sunbeds, showers and shade can vary along the same town waterfront.

Beach and promenade in one day

For a short first outing, stay on the town waterfront. Another time you can set aside Lučice as a second beach destination. Avoid a plan in which you carry your swimming gear through several different bays on the same day.

View the islets from town

The view of Katič and Sveta Neđelja is part of the landscape. A boat or kayak outing requires a suitable organiser and the right sea conditions; we do not recommend swimming out to the islets on your own.
